Popularly known as Coach Carlos, Ngeh Njieaki joined the Nkamanyi Football Initiative in the 2024/2025 season. The move to the initiative came after alignment talks in which we found that the vision for the future is the same - providing the best educative training for young people with the view of actively pushing for the path of professional football and/or making them good future leaders.

He comes with a lot of experience. After starting his coaching career with Treviso FC Kumba in which he led the club to the 2014 mini interpools, he continued his move to Bang Bullet FC of Nkambe, an elite 2 football side. His love for the town of Kumba would see him come back and take PWD Kumba to the national interpools.

He further coached Kumba City FC, Foncha street FC and Legend FA, taking the later to the semi finals of the mini interpools.

At the Nkamanyi Football Initiative, Coach Ngeh will be taking care entirely of the U15 team. We are confident that our kids would profit from his rich experience as we continue to empower the youths of the city of Kumba through football.

Coach Ngeh takes his further development as top priority and holds amongst others a Federal A license and a CAF C license.
